IN MEMORIAM|CHARLES C. McCARTER
Charles received his J.D. degree from Washburn University and his LL.M. degree from Yale University. His law experience spanned over 60 years where his main areas of practice focused on estate planning, business law, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, eminent domain and appellate law.
Early in his career, Charles participated in cases heard by the United States Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals and Kansas Supreme Court. He also served as a Securities Hearing Examiner, an expert witness and was a professor of law at Stetson University Law School and Tulsa University Law School including time as a visiting scholar at Yale University.
